Jajja Chwezi provides traditional African spiritual healing services including but not limited to love spells, protection spells, money spells, curse removal, and spiritual consultations. These services are based on traditional African spiritual practices and beliefs.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Payment for services must be made in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with notice to clients.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and spiritual consultations. Your personal information and the details of your spiritual journey will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not use our services to harm others or to interfere with or disrupt our services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jajja Chwezi and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
In no event shall Jajja Chwezi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jajja Chwezi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
